Hi there!

Hi everyone! My name is Jamie. I just found this site. I hope to make some new friends. I follow a friend's diet and so far its working! My starting weight was 235.0 now Im at 213.0. I hope to be 160 by end of summer.

What sort of plan did your friend follow? We probably have something similar here.

We have chat areas by age group, plan, or amount you have to lose, so settle in and look for a spot or two that seems right. Keep posting - can't wait to get to know you better!
