Hello to all of the rest of you out there trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I, like many of you, have struggled with my weight for what seems like forever. Growing up I was the overweight book worm in a tiny midwestern town.......it was awful!!! I am considerably healthier as an adult, but still find myself overweight. My highest weight of my life was when I was pregnant with my first son, 270 lbs. I have yo-yoed up and down over the last 10 years since I had him, and currently weigh 210 pounds (weighed myself this morning). Today I joined WeightWatchers online to see how well I do with it. We all have vices, mine are chocolate and carbs. Maybe if I keep track of exactly what I'm eating, I'll see whats going on lol. I work out regularly and strenuously, so that's not an issue. My goal is to weigh 160 pounds, just over the maximum for my height of 5'8". I came across this website and thought it would give me some inspiration to chat and post with other ppl having similar issues with weight.
