Yup I'm another newbie...
Hi ....
My Name is Cindy and I live in the East Coast Of Canada.
I am married for 20 years and I have 2 daughters.
I have been a member of WW for over 2 years now and I am having a real hard time losing my last little bit.
I got my 50 lbs metal last summer and ever since then it's been up and down all the way....
I was stayed at 173 for a whole year...and it's driving me NUTS.
One week I would be down 2 lbs then over the next 3 weeks it would come back on.
I also just quit smoking 3 weeks ago and I think that is why I have been up 5 more lbs.
I have been thinking about going over to the "Core" side and see if that will help BUT here is the kicker ...I am SCARED TO DEATH....
Not one person in my group meeting on Wed is doing "Core" so I have no one to ask questions .
*deep sigh*
can someone help me make the right choice....
Go to Core or stay on flex
