back.....again...

  • Ok, so im back agian. last time i was here i said i was going to start south beach and will stick to it, well holidays came and went and ugh.

    anyways, i have all the reasons in my head and im already thinking about losing weight but i just cant seem to stay focused. i come up with reasons left and right.

    my work gave us free memberships to ballys, im starting tomorrow for sure. I promise, and last time i worked out i got addicted to it, so i know i just need that push.

    i was thinking of doing nurtisystems so i have the meals already made but then i thought why do that when i can just make my own meals, i dont want to get lazy about it.

    i ate good for a week and then did tae bo for 3 days in that same week, i felt a change which is good, but then i got my period and it lasted about 2 and a half weeks! it completely threw me off track. so now i need the motivation!!!!!!!!!!!

    Im really excited and i hope i can stick to this, its just really hard and i see people on here that can do it and it just makes me want to push more!!!

    oh and trust me i plan on abusing the crap out of it.
