Hi everyone!
My name is Kristen, Im new too the sight but i've been browsing around and it seems great and everyone on here seems great! I have been struggling with my weight from the beginning probably since I was 8 or 9 I've always been the fat friend. sometime in 2005 i lost about 30 lbs which brought me down to 200 then in 06' my sister who had previously lost 100lbs bought me a gym membership and by the bigging of 2007 i was down too 162 I had never felt so good about myself... until the end of 2007 beginning of this year I gained the rest of it back. so i was back up too 200-202 now im back down to 193 im on my way! I am excited to join this web sight I love helping people get and stay motivated. Its going to be a long journey but it will be fun!!!!!!!

Congratulations on finding this site!! I credit this site to helping me lose weight about 7 years ago. Funny thing is, as soon as I stopped visiting this site regularly I started gaining the weight back again. So I know how it feels to lose a lot of weight and gain it all back. It's funny how slowly it creeps back on.... isn't it?

You're right - it's going to be a long journey.... and it will not be easy but it will be fun and you will learn a lot about yourself! I recommend browsing the forums and subscribing to a few threads to get started. I can almost guarantee that if you keep coming to this site on a regular basis, you will lose weight!!!
