hello! I am new
From oklahoma! I am a type 1 diabetic and finding it really hard to lose weight. We did join a gym this past week I figure even if I can only do 20 minutes a day thats something to start with! I am currently 206 and hope to lose 20 pounds by july 22nd( when I leave for vacation)
