Two buddies back for another try!
 

Ok this is like my third return to 3FC, not sure why I stray in the first place. But anyways, now I'm here and looking for a few buddies to check in with daily or every other day. It's time to get back on track!

:welcome2: back! Maybe you should start a diet blog, so that even when you don't have a buddy to talk to, you can talk to yourself! I moved year and a half ago, and am far away from my diet/workout buddy, by my diet blog helps me talk it out and keeps me accountable. You can always PM me, or respond to my blog (girl toward svelte), and I'd be happy to help you! I'm on this site every day in the morning, to help me start my day off right. ill be your online buddy i love having diet buddies .. it makes it easier for me to have someone that is gonna whip my butt whenh i stuff up.. :) im 27 year old mum of 2 in Australia.. we should start a diet buddies post :) ill certainly be up for it . :) just let me know where it is when you have set it up and ill be there annoying you lol..

emjay-glad I found this! Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I was out of town over the holidays. Did lots of traveling and am super tired. I'm having dental work done tomorrow(root canal) so it may take me a couple of days to get back into working out. I know my mouth hurt for 4 days after the first apt(it takes 3) and all I wanted to do was lay on the couch with my ice pack, but I am hoping it won't be so bad this time around. Hope to see you around again.

Jen, It took me a minute to get back too (sorry), I am moving this week so I will try to get back asap. But until then hang in there. Sorry about the dental work, hope it goes smoothly.

Hi, today's my first day at 3FC and I'm so glad I found it. I'm just adding in a welcome back. And it's inspiring to me to see how even if you leave, you are still welcomed back with open arms. A true family. So, here's my welcome back also. And good luck!

Emjay-I hope you make it back to our thread! I haven't been on like I should. Dh didn't work last week so I spent the time with him, but now ready to start posting regularly again!
