Hi All,
I just joined yesterday. I started on Metabolic Weight Loss last week. Actually, I am still in pre-conditioning. I have lost 2.5 lbs on pc. I don't really know what to expect with the plan. But I am looking forward to losing some weight. I actually am pretty good about losing weight but I usually find it again. So I hope this one sticks. I like reading all the posts so maybe this will help.
