Hi, I'm new here
 

Hello, I am new here and just wanted to say hello. I am going to start Weight Watchers Online in the morning and begin to exercise again. I have gained a lot of weight over the last 5 years and I need to lose it. One problem I had was a large weight gain due to a medication. I am off that now and ready to lose and get back to a healthy weight. Nice to meet everyone.

I'm new here too. I am still on meds for pre-menopause, high blood pressure, arthritis, bursitis and pain. I'm going to the meds forum next to see what others have done to get around these.
