Smile Happy CEA-HOW member - new to forumn
I joined CEA-HOW over 2 years ago and have lost over 70lbs. It has changed my life in everyway. The hardest part is that you can not eat flour or sugar. As you can imagine it is very hard to find good recipes.

I plan on using this forum to learn and encourage others.
