Default Hi! I am new and want to introduce myself.
I am Lara and I have gained and lost the same 50 lbs for years. The older I get, the harder it is to lose. I found this site looking for people who understand and are supportive.

This is a very large forum and I think it will take a little time finding my way around. I am very happy, though, to have found this group.

WELCOME i just joined and this place is a fountain of information and the people here are sooooo nice ! i've spent so much time on here though in the last few days my house is now a wreck lol, really need to shut the laptop and clean

LOL...I am new too and my house is a wreck...but I stayed OP today!
That feels good..I might get to pick up tomorrow..thank God for weekends!
