Hi everyone!
Just joined today....and I am really excited to be here. A little history....I have had diabetes for about 10 yrs now and just this year (April) decided maybe it was time to take this seriously and do something about it. I have lost 65 pounds since April and am having a ball. My test results are so much better and I feel sooooo much better. All I have really done is portion control and quit sweets (they were my biggest problem). I have not really done any exercising yet which is really BAD. I am not at all lazy but would rather do anything then exercise.
Anyway...just wanted to say hi and I'm sure this place will be very helpful to me!
