Another newbie
 

Hello there. I have been a lurker for a bit and decided to start posting. :)

I initially stumbled across the site whilst looking for info about the side effects of weight loss (namely stretch marks and less-than-taut skin).

That's about it, I guess. I'm somewhat of a maintainer, I suppose; but, I'm still miserable with the problems having been heavy have caused with my body (with all the battle scars, I'll never shake "fat brain.")

Anyway, nice to meet you all and this seems like a great place for everyone, in all stages of weight loss!

I just wanted to say congrats on your loss! You look just beautiful! I know what you mean by "fat brain" and it's tough to shake when you first lose, but you will get there! I didn't even look for this place until after I hit my goal because my brain just didn't know what to make of my body, so you are definitely not alone!
