Hiya Aymi :)

:wel3fc:

Congratulations on those 4 lbs down! What a great start ^^

You might like to check out the 20-something's forum area. There are recipes all over the forum, especially down in Diet Central where you can check out information about specific plans. What sort of plan are you following?

Best of success!!!

Thanks for the welcome Faerie. I am not following any plan because I dont know of any If you have any advise it will be very helpful. What I am doing is not eating any types of carbs after 6pm and eating alot of vegetables and salads. I have also cut down on the carb intake alot. and I exercise 6 days a week by running and doing a kikboxing class. Im just afraid of that plateu phase that even though you exersise, the weight does not come off. I will visit the 20 something forum.

If you'd like to look into Low Carb plans there's also a Low Carb area under Diet Central (Really a great place to head if you aren't sure what's right for you, at the very least you might be able to rule out things that you know won't work.) Here's the link:

Don't worry too far into the future about what might happen. Think about today and the good choices you'll be making :) You'll make it through!
