can i just suggest.....yoga is not an efficient fat burner for weight loss.
it is good for the mind and for toning the body but does not burn alot of calories. try jogging or even mixing up your walking with jogging eg. 1 minute jogging, 2 minutes walking etc. i find exercise is always so important for my weight loss |
