Hi there,

My name is Candida and as you can tell by my title, I've just recently joined the site. Although I am new to the site, I've been on my weight loss plan for a little over a month now. I figured since I'm going to change my plan, its a great time to join and start from scratch (somewhat).

I've been enjoying the site for the past few days and relaly liking the before and after pictures that has been posted... talk about giving you motivation! I'm very excited to shed those extra pounds and to get to know you all a little better.
