Ready, Set, Go-I'm ready, now what...
 

Hello everyone,
I have been on this site checking things out for 2 years. Now I'm ready to take action. I have followed the postings and guess what, a support group really does help :) I just turned 30 and I have a long way to go, but I am dedicated to following this through and make small changes that will add up to a big difference. I look forward to the new friends I will meet here.

Hi Reel - and welcome! I've found the posts and the support here a most incredible form of motivation!! When you feel down/disappointed in yourself/stuck/happy....come read or post.
