:carrot: I was so estatic that I came across this website with a catchy title. I googled weight gain and prednisone and this came up. How relieved was I to know of so many other women that are experiencing the nighmare of prednisone. I was diagnosed with Lupus this past fall, had my kidney removed, and suffered a stroke last summer. How depressing is this for a 39yr old, extremely, not to mention the horrendous weight gain.

So sorry to hear of your health issues...you may want to head over to the "Dieting with Obstacles" area to talk to others facing similar challenges.

You also might want to check out the 30-somethings areas, or any one of our groups based on your weight loss plan (like the South Beach forum) or the amount you have to lose (like the 100 lb club).

If you need any help finding anything, let us know...otherwise, look around, settle in a spot or two or (if you're like me) ten, and keep reading and posting. Can't wait to hear more from you soon!
