New & Asking for Help
Hiiii! I am new here and I am looking to lose ALOT of weight. I don't know when I got so fat, but alot of people think I am alot smaller than I am! I always lie and say I am 175, I am so ashamed!
About 3 years ago I was homeless, I barely ate and walked most of the day. I was about 260 before that, and got down to 230. But I am huge for my age and height! I need help help help. I am willing to do anything you tell me to take the weight off and keep it off! I have no problems with cutting food out, and excercising like crazy! I eat mostly junky microwave foods because i don't know what I want! I am willing to learn if you teach me. Thank you! -Claire :carrot: |

I'm so sorry to hear about the hardship that you went through. :hug: Do you have any idea about how you'd like to start losing weight? Are you interested in calorie counting, or a certain program? You might like to check out the Diet Central area for some ideas on how most of us handle food. No need to exercise "like crazy" ^^ but adding in some exercise should certainly help. You have a great attitude. You seem like you're ready & willing for change! Remember that this will take commitment, and there may be tough times... no strike that... there will be tough times. But you CAN. You can, you can, you CAN. Best of success! |

Please don't cut out food...your body needs that for fuel, to burn off the fat. Faerie gave good advice, to read up and find an eating plan you like. Hope to see you around the forums! Good luck with your new weight loss journey! Cheryl |
