I just started the SBD and I'm into day 3... so far, I've lost 6 lbs, which is huge for me, but I'm definitely feeling tired and craving some caffeine and sugar, hopefully in one combined package.
I'll work through the afternoon doldrums, and have myself a cup of unsweetened green tea, but this is hard! I'm hoping tomorrow is easier. I've heard that once you get through the 3rd day, things are easier.
Ah sugar, my love affair with you has to end.... but I miss you so.
Hi Sandy and welcome to 3FC. I too follow the south beach and yes the first few days are rough but once you get over them you'll feel good as new. Be sure to check out the gals over in the south beach section as I know they have lots of support & motivation to give. Good luck!
You'll definitely want to head over to the SBD section like Gonnabe suggests for some program specific support ^^, but you should feel free to post wherever you're comfortable. Congrats on the weight lost so far! Continue on We're all here for you!
