I'm a Newbie!!
Hi! My name is Rayelle and I found this site through a google search. My goal for this year is to lose 105lbs...so far I have only lost 15lbs. I have another goal to walk 1,000 miles for this year as well. I am kind of behind on both goals right now but I am stepping it up now because my husband and I are going on a trip in July so I want to lose as much as I can. I have two dogs which are my life and I've been married almost 2 years. Good luck everyone!:D

First of all 15 lbs is no "only". That's a good amount a weight to have lost! So congrats!!! Every pound down is one less to lose afterall! :D Secondly, 105 lbs in a year is an ambitious, but not impossible goal. However, I must warn that many people have stated that their weight loss has stalled at certain points, and that losing the last few pounds often takes a little longer. So, even if you "only" lose 70 lbs this year, wouldn't that be fantastic, too? Best of success!!! |
