So I Returned....

  • Hey everyone!!!

I haven't been on here in so many months, I think it was just embarrassment that stopped me from coming on. I joined around last summer and lost about 20lbs , was so happy with my results, i loved my new body and felt so sexy. I still had loads to go but everyone was starting to notice and even relatives were like wow, maybe you should calm down... I didn't stop because of them though! I soon met a guy who I started seeing but lived a really lazy lifestyle which contrasted with my gym 5days a week and healthy eating. (he ate like 5 fried chicken burgers a day ) But you can probably guess; I fell off track and got so lost in being lazy that I forgot how simple and easy it is to get back on track!! I also learnt the valuable lesson of don't get too comfortable with anyone or trade in your lifestyle 4 another as I was eating healthily and exercising for a reason unlike him.
I'm currently at 220lbs and know i can lose the weight with dedication and efforts. I went to the gym for the first time since summer 2days ago and remembered how much I loved it, went back again yesterday and I'm off today too!!
I don't aim to be SKINNY, I want to just be healthy. I like my natural frame as I have big breasts and thighs and bum and just want to enhance it by losing weight all over and slowly losing my belly but still want to be very curvy. I just want to be able to slip on some jeans without having to tuck my belly in lol
Fingers Crossed that this time I hold it up, I know I can hold it up because there's nothing more beautiful than looking in the mirror and seeing how your hard efforts improve your body!!

    Good luck to you all
