hi everybody

i have been looking for an extra pillar of support while i go "back to the beach" and it looks like i've found it! i am originally from tucson, az and have been living as an expat in germany for about seven years now cuz of lo-o-ove ;))
i weigh 79 kilos at the moment, am an emotional eater and had lost 16 kilos with south beach (down from 86) and have regained 9 kilos. i began over/comfort eating again due to family problems and emotional trauma but now i hope to regain the joy on my life and start dropping pounds or kilos ;))
