I needed this
 

This is about the kagillionth time I have joined a weight loss community only to get discouraged ~ but a visit to my doctor tells me I need this more than ever.
I'm Lin ~ 56 years old. Wife, mother, nana,teacher.
I need to lose 26 lbs and lower my cholesteral ~ yikes!!!!!!
I live in snowy Ontario Canada and can't wait for spring but I think it will be Augusr before the ice in my back yard melts.
I've been lurking here for a couple of days and it seems like an allright community ~ I could really use the support and a buddy~ any takers, Have a good weekend all. Cheers Lin;)

Hi Lyn, I would love to have an on-line buddy. I am in maintenance now, but I've lost the weight before, just to regain. I have been at goal for 1 month now and intend to keep it off.
