I do need help really quick

Hi my name is Gloria, and I start my first day tomorrow preparation for Slim4Life. I don't have the list of things to start doing the first day, but I have all the items I need. Could somebody out there please tell me what I should do starting first thing tomorrow. Thank You.

I'm sorry Gloria but I don't know much about Slim4Life. Have you done some browsing around 3FC? Even if we don't understand the exact plan you're on, we certainly can help encourage you.
