Hi Everyone!
My name is Eliina and I am 22 - I lost 30 pounds a while back but then my mom went into the hospital last year and I gained it all back (She passed away in July at 60) I am doing better with my eating - and I am vegetarian-- but I am having a VERY tough time with motivation in regards to exercise...I am still dealing with depression and would rather just stay in bed all day! I am getting ready to go to school right now - but if it wasn't for that I wouldn't even be going out of the house...I am 218 right now - as of my 2nd weigh in...I go in again on Friday and want to behave this week....sometimes I sabotage myself...well, most of the time...I am just getting used to how things work on here...any tips would be great!

So sorry to hear that you lost your mother - I can't imagine how hard that would be.


Don't be too hard on yourself... you're going through a rough time. Just start small and do what you can to get you through the day. We're all here when you need us, hon.
