Not really sure what Im doin or where Im suppose to post an intro haha So if this is in the wrong spot Im sorry haha But anyways... Im Sherri and I gained weight after I moved to TX. Im a stay at home mom of a 5 year old. There isnt much to do here. I have stayed inside a lot cause I wasnt use to the heat. I gained 30lbs in about a year... I joined a gym awhile back cause I had a friend that joined and we were goin to go together but we had a falling out so I havent really gone since. Maybe 5 times in 6 months. I try and watch what I eat but when Im home and bored... Eating seems to entertain me I guess. i can go on and on haha but I will stop there.

I'm 20 and I like to post in the "20-somethings" I also keep an eye on "weight loss support" and "calorie counters" since I count calories. Take a look around and see where you'd like to start. I found it easier to make a plan (calories counting and exercise) and go from there. Good luck to you!
