Forum member back in 2002

I was a forum member back in 2002 when I was on SF and lost 20lbs. Since then I have gained that 20 lbs back and additional 20 lbs. I am 5'-7" and weighed 190 on 12/27/07. It was seeing this number on the scale that made me cringe. I had to lose weight and it had to start that day. Since SF was a success for me before, I decided to start it again but mixed with controlled calories and a healthy eating style. So far it is working and I have completely change my attitude about food. I am down 13 lbs and counting.
