Hello all~
I have been hanging out here for awhile but am just starting to post today. I have lost 15 pounds in the last 2 months and am so proud of myself. I have been overweight my whole life and this is the first time I have made it this far in losing weight. But this week I have just LOST the motivation to eat healthy or exercise. I just want to eat everything in sight! I want to keep working towards my goal but don't know if I can kick my rear back into shape. What to do?
