I am cutting calories and portion sizes. I am eating high fiber foods and drinking lots of water. I have been doing my elliptical machine and I just ordered HipHop Abs. I didn't do anything last week because I pulled a muscle in my chest and shoulder. I hope I can finally get the weight off. I am 5'1" so every pound and inch shows. What are you doing to lose weight?
