Hi everyone, my name is Michele. I am from New Jersey, am 58 year's old, and would like to lose about 30 lbs. I just found this site tonight and registered immediately -- just what I need. I have been floundering while trying to get back to healthy eating and exercising all January, and now am determined to get myself back on track and lose some weight by May -- like many of us, I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds over the years, so I am looking forward to joining a support forum for some give and take with you all. :carrot:

THis is a great place to be! We have support forums for everyone! Age based, weight based, diet based, interest based...look around, post in a lot of places and find a place to roost! Or several.
