Been on my NEW diet since Thursday LOST 3.5LBS Already!!!!! YAY!!!

So, I've been on quite a journey. I was 273 after giving birth to my 2nd daughter.
I went down to 218. Then got stuck....and frustration leads to more eating. I tried WW, nutrisystem...I just coudn't do it. i would always end up cheating.
So I was reading January's FIRST magazine. The cover had a woman who lost 421lbs. I thought....NO WAY. So I kept reading.
She want on the Revival Slim and beautiful diet. It's a shake and bar diet.
I like shakes...but this one was all about the soy and milk protein. I've been on Slim-fast and lost 65lbs..so I took a look at the protein content in slim fast. 2Grams!?!?! and the 1st ingrediant..SUGAR!!!
This revial bars and shakes have 20Grams of soy or milk protein Each!!
I started the diet on Thursday and I weight 219.5....today (saturday) I got on the scale and I'm 216!!!
YAY ME!!!!!! Finally, I was beginning to think I was a total failure!
