[i ate my skinny me]

Hi everyone,
I am 31 years old. After a recent move I gave up my job as a chef to become a SAHM. My weight has yo-yo'd over the last 10 years at my smallest I was 136 (after having twins) at my biggest I was 280+ (after marital problems). I am currently at 233 lbs and am tired of being fat. I have allways been an emotional eater.

So when i decided that this was the year to get serious i knew i would need help.
My BFF () blondywants2bethin and i have been doing South beach for 2 weeks.
I did it a few years ago and lost 75 lbs (which i gained back) but found it was easy to follow and worked well for the way i eat.

I am really excited that blondy found this site and look foward to getting and hopefully giving lots of support.
