New here! Hope this is successful!
Hi all,
I am 21 years old and am a student. Really tired of carrying around these rolls of fats and well, I need to lose 23lbs of fat and gain 10 of muscle! I hope this time around I will be successful with my weightloss. I am a vegetarian, have been all my life and yet I managed to pack on the pounds! But being vegetarian and unable to cook up some eggs at home under the strict rules of my parents, I find it hard with the muscle gain. Anyway, I hope this is a way of finding support, motivation and inspiration for my weightloss journey. As it is, I've come across some phenomenal success stories and seen how people are supportive over here. That's what pushed me to join this community. Good for you for getting the weight off now. I was slim at your age, and am still trying to learn the basics of balanced eating now at 42. :dizzy: I'll bet you'll get it off and keep it off! Good luck! :hug: |
