I'm new here and been lurking for a few days, everyone seems to be so helpful and supportive here. And so much information.
A little about me, I've been on the weight roller coaster form most of my life - as I reflect back the times I have been thin have been the happiest of my life - did more, felt better about myself and life....so why don't I just realize it's a lifestyle change and not a diet and get on with it.
I started the journey for the last time December 30th of 2007 at 215 lbs., and 40.2% body fat, my goal is whatever weight to get to 20% body fat. I think I have it figured somewhere between 130 and 140.
Right now I'm just focused on making sure I am making healthy choices as far as my nutrition and need to get my fat bum to exercise. I understand the importance, I just don't like to exercise (I even have a gym membership) Looking forward to making new friends here as we support ourselves on this journey.
