Hi Guys! I'm new to this forum but not to weight loss. As you can see I currently have lost 55 lbs as of today!! I decided to join here for support and such. I am so happy I found you!! :hug:

congrats on your loss of 55lbs! that is wonderful! welcome the the site! i've only been here since the beginning of january and it has been the best thing that i've found to help me with my weight loss journey! everybody is supportive and helpful. it's wonderful!

What sort of plan are you following? We probably have a forum for it! We also have chats by age group, so jump on in somewhere.
