My name is Rusty and I have been doing Slim 4 Life in Shawnee, KS for 5 months now. I have lost 102 lbs since I started. They are great over there. If you are considering joining, they can help you take off your excess weight. Believe me, I never could have done it without them. They keep me honest, although I might not be completely honest with the diet all the time. I have had a cookie or piece of chocolate here and there. Shhhh, don't tell them.

fellow Johnson Countian!! Congratulations on your success!! I don't think I've ever run across anyone this close before. I hear all the KC djs raving about Slim 4 Life but never had any interest to join. There's quite a few men on here now, so I hope you don't feel like the odd man out. I hope you stick around -- this is an amazing place for support and encouragement, for anybody.
