Looking for Motivation!!!

Another Newbie!!!
Looking for some serious motivation. Would love to loose 15 kgs by my birthday (end of may). Have been really struggling with my weight this year, and with it being summer now (I live in New Zealand) it's motivated me to loose it. I'm going to Vanuatu in July and would love to be able to get my bikini out!!!
