God help this overweight gal!!!
 

Hi all! I'm happy to find a place like this since I'm SICK of being over weight. I have 53lbs to lose and I find it so hard to not binge and purge at least once a day. A week ago I had this uncontrolled desire to lose my weight. I give God the credit since I've been praying so hard. Do you know what I mean? I was able to get rid of my weight post baby but since I've been taking new meds my weight went skyward. I'm 215 is anyone else around that weight and can you share what has helped you?!

Have you visited our "Chicks in Control" forum? It is a very supportive group of people with a history of control issues around food. You might want to head over to discuss issues related to binge eating. We also have a "Faith Based Support Groups" forum that might interest you.
