Hi everyone!

I am new here and excited to start chatting up a storm with everyone.

I LA Weight Loss as part of my weight loss plan. I started in mid December and have been off and on due to the holidays and my lack of restraint from the goodies. I first started with South Beach but I prefer structure so I moved to paying LA.

In any case, I am on this diet for the following reasons:
1: health
2: to meet a person goal
3: hate wearing "fat" clothing
4: want a sense of pride in myself
5: want to be able to keep up with my tour group on vacation in october this year
