Hello All... This looks like a great site, I'm glad I stumbled upon it.

Right now I'm 23 and 170lbs - gained a good 35 over the last couple of years since graduating college and entering the real world. I'm trying to get rid of the pounds and get more active.

Currently trying out the Weight Watchers Points thing with a couple of gals at work.
