need a new plan
My name is Samantha i am 25 yrs old i currently weigh 161 as of five minutes ago my weight has gone up and down like 20 lbs in the last 8 yrs or so and i know this is bad yoyo dieting im trying to find a new plan i can take slow and get healthy and keep the weight off my goal is 130 and i dont really have a deadline id just like to be comfortable in shorts by the summer

There are all sorts of plans people are following & plenty of advice to go along with them.
