Starting Out . . . .
Good Morning!! I am new and not on a particular plan -- just eating healthier and making better choices. I'm a mom of three teen and tween daughters. Work part time from home or office, but since gaining 30 pounds, I try to stay home as much as possible. Quitting smoking only added to the difficulty in losing weight, but I am determined to be successful in both.:rolleyes: Looking forward to and depending on everyones help!! |

You can get the tickers at http://www.ticketfactory.com . You can find the cute little dancing smilies by clicking "post reply" (as opposed to doing quick reply). When you see the animated smilies on the right, click on "more" and you will see a huge list of smilies. You'll be sure to find the one you are looking for. Another new kid!
I am sick of the roller coaster!!! I don't really have a plan. Just eat less and move more. Any one have good plans for keeping it off? Thanks!
