I have been in and out of here for years. NOW I am here to stay ;)and enjoy losing my weight through here and WW. Have looked at other diets and you do so much reading before you can really get started. And the support here and WW sounds really fabulous. I have, as of today, about 20 to 30 pounds to lose. And my goal is by my birthday in December.:carrot:
