Here I am
Here I am, fat, ugly, but full of hopes that one day I will be the one I always wanted to be. Slim, sexy, energetic and less shy.
I am 1.59cm and I started dieting a week ago at 92kg. I am already 89 today and my first little goal is to reach 88kg. When I will reach 88kg I will give myself a present as a recompense: a swiss ball and a step counter. My plan? Morning: 2 coffees + Splenda Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg 1/2 grapefruit 250ml water Snack: 2 big carrots or 1/8 raw cabbage 1/2 grapefruit 250ml water Lunch: 1 slice of whole wheat bread 250 ml tomato juice 1 apple 1/2 grapefruit 500ml water Dinner: 1 chicken breast (no bones, no skin, on grill) 1/2 lettuce salad with 1/2 lemon (juice) and 1tbs olive oil extra virgin 1 fat free fruits yoghurt (100g) 2 cups green tea 2x30min recumbent bike/day (5 days per week) 4x45min walk/week So far I lost 3kg in my first week. And I respected my diet. My diet has 2l water/day and 8-9 portions fruits/legumes/day. I don't feel hungry at all so far. Im happy I've found you!:D |

I fixed a tiny typo in your thread title. Hope you don't mind. Your starting weight shocked me until I realized you are Canadian and thinking in Kilos. I never have got used to them but so switch my scale sometimes so I look less than 100! :lol: |

It is very possible that I'll make many spelling mistakes, English is not my native language but believe me, I'm trying my best!;) I can calculate my weight in lbs if you guys understand it better this way. But for me, for my own motivation, I think in kilos. So, I am 33 yo, 5ft2" and I started this diet when I had 203lbs. for New Year (my highest weight ever) and now I weight 196lbs. My first little goal is to reach 194lbs. I planned my diet in little goals easy to achieve in order to keep my motivation and my enthusiasm. Each little goal I've fixed means something. For example, why my first goal is 194lbs.? Because at 194lbs. I become moderately obese (1st degree obesity), right now I am severely obese (2nd degree obesity) as BMI statistics are saying. When I will achieve 194lbs., my next goal will be 180lbs., cause 180lbs. is what I had weighted last january (2007). Then, my next goal will be 165lbs. cause at 165lbs. I will be no more obese, but only over weighted...So on... For each goal achieved I planned to give myself a reward, cause I deserve it! My first reward, at 194lbs. will be a step counter to encourage me to take as many walks as I can and a Pilates ball that will work my posture and my back/abdominal muscles while I will be watching TV or sitting in front of my computer. The next reward, at 180lbs. will be a set of spandex made belt, sleeves and thigh shaper belts sauna action, in order to make me sweat during my walkings. At 165lbs will be a sauna suit and a pair of ankle weights... So on...of course, the rewards are bigger and bigger and the final reward, when I will reach the final...destination will be...CLOTHES! A mountain of sexy, nice, tight clothes that will make me look young and...restless!:D |
First goal achieved! Monday morning, official weight check: 88kg! 194lbs! Hurray! My reward will be ordered today! The step counter and the swissball!
Next target: 82kg/180lbs! Limit: end of january. |
