hey all Aussies in the house??

hey hey hey
im an newbie and an Aussie from QLD, any other Aussies out there?
anywho i have a lot of kids (5) two sets of twins and a single, (the eldest is the single at 5 next week, he also starts pre-school in 2 weeks, followed by two 3 year olds and two 6month olds)
i have yet to find a diet that works for me, but am hoping that 3FC can help (well i know they can help)
