another new girl!

Hi, my name's Amber. I'm 23 and from Michigan. I need to lose weight...of course. I lost 7 lbs right before thanksgiving and then I of course gained it all back since then. :( But I am now ready to get serious. I hope I can do it. I just need support, which hopefully I will find here. :)

Hey Amber welcome! I use to live in Warren Michigan and I’m 23 too lol. I think you will like it here I do I think its great :) there is a lot of support here :hug:

If you need support, you've come to the right place. As I quickly learned when I joined this site, everyone here is extremely supportive to each and every fellow dieter... and plus it's always nice to be surrounded by a community of people who know EXACTLY what you're going through. :)

Try to come on often, whether it's for advice, information, to celebrate a mini-goal, rant, etc. And good luck!!
