others who can offer encouragement on this new journey I have started.

I joined 3FC today. What a great site this is. I hope to make many new online friends who can offer encouragement, support and "ears" when needed. I, in turn, will do the same.

I am 47, post hysterectomy...thanks to all the meds I am now 190 pounds. I am 5'7".

I recently joined a gym and have been going every day. Man is this hard. I think this is tougher than giving birth. :(

I have no weight goal in mind...my goal is to be physically fit, 23% or less body fat, and wear a size 8. This is my dream. Right now I am at 37.8% fat and 29.8 BMI. UGH!!! :cry:
