I'm back again
 

Hellooooo... It's the new year and I'm returning to this awesome site for the third time since I found it a year and a half ago. I have relatively little to lose, but as I'm tubbier than I was this time last year I've got even more work ahead of me. I look forward to sticking to looking after myself and cheering on others who are hoping to do the same.
