Hello again from Michigan

This is my 3 go at this, seems everytime get a start then something happends, last time I had 2 out of 3 Kids in surgery within 2 weeks .... couldnt handle the Diet then.
So going for it again, I also have Heart Meds. I take so I cant just starve myself ....

using Treadmill, and hoping to get a Gym for home, being I can afford running to the city anymore. ( I did Curves)

Welcome Jasmin to 3FC - 3x the charm!!! I do walk off the pounds with Leslie Sansone - her videos are so addictive! I only have two now, but I want the whole collection LOL! Low impact, but such a great workout. :D
